Do I need experience?

Can I do this at home?
Yes, every Code can be done at home. Instead of a group session you can use your own workoutroutines adjusted to the parameters of the method.
Walking can be done anywhere.
You will only need 2x1 m to complete the drills.

Do I need to be in shape to start?
No — you don't need to be in perfect shape.
But you do need to be cleared for sport by your medical provider.
