Every fighting dog follows a Code.
Break one — start again.
CODE I - The Forge: 6 days/week training. Gym, dojo or home. Show up and survive.
CODE II - The March: 10 000–15 000 steps per day. Walk. Move. Earn your rest.
CODE III - The Drills: Burpees & jump rope progressions. Small space — big pain.
CODE IV - The Fuel: Protein. Water. Discipline. Fuel the fight.
CODE V - The Edge: No alcohol. No distractions. Focus. Reading. Stay dangerous.

Do I need experience?
No. Just the will to fight.
Can I do this at home?
Yes, every Code can be done at home. Instead of a group session you can use the home forge. Walking can be done anywhere. You will only need 2x1 m to complete the drills. Food cooked at home is preferred. Sharpen your edge in the comfort of your house
Can I drink alcohol?
NO. Only to be consumed on your free day and sparringly
When does it start?
Start today! The exact date is of no importance. Continue the 12 weeks on your schedule.
The pack is starting the challenge on 6 october so we can end the challenge at year's end.
Do I need to be in shape to start?
No — you don't need to be in perfect shape.
But you do need to be cleared for sport by your medical provider.
This Challenge pushes both your body and your mind.
If you have injuries, limitations, or health issues, talk to your doctor first and get the green light.
We don't train to break you — we train to build you.
You can always scale or adapt movements, but you can't fight if you're reckless.
Remember: Safety first. Excuses never.
